CFI advised Pondres on its sale to Fase 3 Investments
Amsterdam – CFI acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to the family shareholders of Pondres on the sale to Fase 3 Investments.

CFI facilitated discussions and negotiations with a range of potential international strategic and financial parties in a process that ultimately resulted in a successful transaction with Fase3 Investments, which closed 24 April 2015.
