Paris – CFI France acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Vallière Aviation on its sale of a minority stake to Japan Investment Adviser.
Vallière Aviation is a French independent end of life aircraft asset management company, specialised in: Teardown business, Aircraft and engine trading, and P2F conversion. The group generated EUR 27M of revenues in 2014. In order to finance its rapid development, the group decided to restructure its capital (sell a minority stake) and to raise some debt to finance the acquisitions of future aircrafts. At the end of a competitive process, JIA has been selected as the preferred partner by Vallière Aviation.
CFI France served as exclusive financial advisor to Vallière Aviation in this capital and debt transaction.
