Paris – CFI France a été le conseiller financier exclusif de Vallière Aviation lors de la cession d’une participation minoritaire à Japan Investment Adviser.
Vallière Aviation est une société française indépendante de gestion d’actifs aéronautique en fin de vie, spécialisée dans : Les activités de démontage, le négoce d’avions et de moteurs, et la conversion P2F. Le groupe a généré 27 M€ de chiffre d’affaires en 2014. Afin de financer son développement rapide, le groupe a décidé de restructurer son capital (vente d’une participation minoritaire) et de lever de la dette pour financer les acquisitions de futurs avions. Au terme d’un processus concurrentiel, JIA a été sélectionné comme partenaire privilégié par Vallière Aviation.
CFI France a été le conseiller financier exclusif de Vallière Aviation dans cette opération de capital et de dette.
