Warsaw – CFI Poland is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Agnella on the sale of 98% of the shares to Brintons, owned by Carlyle Group.
CFI Poland advised the owners of Agnella on the sale of the company, which makes high-quality carpets for luxury hotels and homes on the UK market. CFI Poland marketed the company to international carpet producers, selecting UK-based Brintons, owned by Carlyle Group, to buy a 98% stake.
The transaction closed on 5 June 2015.
