Stockholm and Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as advisor on behalf of the owners in connection with the change of ownership when Indutrade acquired Acumo AB and Acumo Communication Solution Nordic.

Indutrade is an international industrial group, listed on the Swedish stock exchange, that sells high-tech products and solutions helping customers to improve their own products as well as streamline their own production processes.

Acumo sells primarily customer-specific solutions in the machine and general manufacturing industry. The company is a leading supplier of automation solutions in the areas of positioning, measurement and detection. Products include rails, ball screws, servo solutions and pulse/absolute sensors.

Acumo Communication Solution Nordic (ACS) specialises in sales of alarm sounders and related products, such as strobes and sirens. ACS has also been active in the Norwegian market since 2018.

The transaction closed on 1. April 2019.
