ClearXperts has been sold too ASAP Interim
Brussels – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that it acted as financial advisor to ClearXperts in its sale to ASAP Interim.
ClearXperts is a Belgium based project sourcing / staffing and search & selection company realizing a turnover of ca EUR 10 million exclusively focusing on financial and HR profiles.
The 2 managing shareholders of ClearXperts were approached by ASAP Interim which was looking to expand its traditional, mostly blue collar temporary staffing offering.
CFI was contacted by the owners of ClearXperts because of the extensive experience in the HR services sector. CFI was requested to optimize the transaction value and deal structure, to coach the owners and to manage the entire one-to-one process.
The transaction closed in January 2018.
