CME Devices has acquired Creo Medical Group’s manufacturing operations
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to CME Devices on the acquisition of Creo Medical Group’s manufacturing operations.
CME Devices’ strategy is centered on delivering a cost‑effective, reliable, and fully compliant sterile regulatory manufacturing service for medical device developers. The company is positioned to serve a growing market requirement for high‑quality, specialist manufacturing capabilities that support medical device innovators through development, regulatory approval, and scaled production.
Creo Medical is an Advanced Energy company developing technology & medical devices to improve patient outcomes in Therapeutic Endoscopy.
Creo Medical Group has entered into an agreement to sell its manufacturing operations for an undisclosed amount.
Under the terms of the manufacturing disposal, a newly-established company controlled by the current management of Creo’s manufacturing operations will acquire all of Creo’s UK manufacturing operations.
The acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
CME Devices Limited, as a third party manufacturer, will undertake manufacturing of Creo’s product portfolio, ensuring continuity of supply and manufacturing quality, and facilitating a strong ongoing relationship between CME Devices Limited and Creo.
This transaction closed on 1 June 2026.
