CFI advised the shareholders of Come to Paris in the context of the reorganization of its capital
Paris – CFI France acted as the financial advisor to the shareholders of Come to Paris in the context of the restructuring of its capital and the exit of the historical shareholders, in favor of private investors.
Founded in 1999, Come to Paris is a digital company specializing in the marketing of leisure and tourism activities in Paris, targeting individuals, of which 50% are from outside of France.
In 2011, the company underwent a leveraged buyout operation with Socadif Crédit Agricole IDF as the lead.
In 2022, the company achieved a turnover of €8 million, and offers on its website, available in 10 languages, dinner cruises (53% of turnover), cabarets (19%), museum visits (15%), and shows (13%).
The company has also developed expertise in the management of a web ticketing platform through its brand “L’Agence de Dev,” which manages online ticketing for the Paris Tourism Office, “Paris Je t’aime.”
In parallel, Come to Paris is expanding its activities through two complementary brands: Ticketeaser, which markets leisure and tourism activities in other regions, and Come to London, which sells online activities in London.
The project aims to expand the Come to Paris network to other European tourist metropolises such as London, Barcelona, Madrid, and Rome.
With this operation, CFI France reinforces its position in the Tourism and Leisure sector.
