Consort has been acquired by Lifeboat Capital
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Consort Equipment Products on its sale to Lifeboat Capital.
Established in 1966 and headquartered in Milford Haven, West Wales, Consort is a leading manufacturer of electric heaters and crossflow fans for domestic and commercial environments. Their extensive range of products includes panel, fan or low surface temperature heaters, towel rails, and air curtains.
Consort operates via two well-respected and established brands, Consort and Claudgen, serving the domestic and commercial markets respectively, each providing a comprehensive range of efficient, reliable and innovative products.
Lifeboat Capital is a private investment firm and family office based in Southampton, UK. Managing the assets of one of the world’s largest tea brands, their acquisition strategy is focused on investing in high quality niche UK manufacturing businesses.
