Contisystems has acquired customer communications manager Real Panóplia
Lisbon – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Contisystems in its acquisition of the Real Panóplia business unit dedicated to Customer Communications Management.
Contisystems is an end-to-end provider of personalised customer communications products and services such as costumer communications management and payment solutions.
Real Panóplia is a local player dedicated to customer communications management.
This transaction represents the fifth successful transaction of Contisystems advised by CFI Portugal, following the sale of both their envelopes and forms production units to Copidata, as a result of their intentions to focus on their core businesses, the acquisition of the clients’ portfolio from Ideias XL, and the sale of the whole company to the Spanish group MailComms.
