Over the last 30 years, João has worked on more than 120 M&A transactions in several sectors of activity and conducted several business valuations and company restructurings. He’s the Founder and Managing Partner of CFI Portugal and the person in charge for attracting the majority of new business. Before CFI he worked as an investment banker in international banks as well as Managing Director and CEO of different industrial companies.
