Contisystems sold their forms production unit to Copidata, a subsidiary of Printeos Group
Lisbon – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Contisystems in the sale of its forms production unit to Copidata, a subsidiary of Printeos Group.
Contisystems is an end-to-end provider of personalised customer communications products and services such as costumer communications management, printing solutions and payment solutions. After the successful sale of their envelopes production unit to Copidata, in April 2021, also advised by CFI Portugal, as a result of their intentions to divest on non-core areas, they decided to proceed with the divestment of their forms production unit.
Copidata develops, produces and markets labels and tags, tickets, envelopes, forms, graphic communication products and personalization services. Their parent company, Printeos Group, is one of the largest European envelope manufacturer, with production sites in Spain, France, Portugal, Poland and Czech Republic.
This transaction completed on 20 January 2022.
