Stockholm and Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that it acted as a corporate financial advisor on behalf of the owners in connection with the change of ownership when Awardit AB (publ) acquired Crossroads Loyalty Solutions AB.
Awardit implements and runs loyalty and motivational programs targeting consumer and business customers as well as sales forces. Awardit works among other things as a bank for digital point currencies, providing everything from proprietary, independent loyalty programs, to complex coalition programs with hundreds of partners and clearing transactions between them. Awardit is a listed company in Sweden.
Crossroads Loyalty Solutions AB, founded in 1999, designs, develops and operates reward-, loyalty- and e‑commerce solutions. Among the customers are well-known loyalty programs such as SAS Eurobonus. The company is headquartered in Gothenburg.
The transaction closed in November 2018.
