Gilde Equity Management has acquired EIFFEL
Amsterdam – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that it acted as the corporate finance advisor to Gilde Equity Management on the acquisition of EIFFEL. The selling shareholders include, among others, the two founding shareholders Mr van Dommelen and Mr Kurvers.
EIFFEL was fouded in 1992 and is the Dutch leading provider of integrated consulting and project delivery, outsourcing and interim professional services. Key areas of expertise are legal, finance, process and data analytics. EIFFEL focusses on delivering replicable and value-added service concepts, often with a multi-disciplinary approach and guaranteed results. EIFFEL’s 600 professionals work for clients in both the private and public sector.
Gilde Equity Management is an independent private equity company that invests in businesses that are rooted in the Benelux, with international aspirations. With the participation of Gilde Equity Management, EIFFEL seeks to strengthen and accelerate its growth ambitions.
