Amsterdam – CFI is delighted to announce that it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of Eurojob International Holding B.V. and Eurojob International B.V. (together “Eurojob” or the “Company”) in a successful transaction with Covebo Group, part of House of HR, a portfolio company of Naxicap Partners.
Eurojob, located in Hoofddorp and established in 2000, is a Dutch specialist provider of qualified CEE workers for the Dutch food retail, logistics and production sectors employing more than 1,200 skilled workers on a daily basis. The Company is deeply rooted in its end markets and serves as a strategic and reliable partner for its Dutch client base. The Company has developed value-added concepts and proprietary methodologies in its retail segment that result in significant performance improvements by its blue-chip clients. Mr Van Adrichem, managing director and shareholder, will remain responsible for the Eurojob label under the Covebo Group and will play a vital role in the further development of the Company.
