Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to F.L.T. in its acquisition of Bremi, a German-based leading provider of premium car systems components.
F.L.T. is a diversified Italian group active in the European distribution of automotive spare parts, financial investments, real estate and venture capital.
BREMI Fahrzeug-Elektrik GmbH + Co. KG, a Germany-based company, is a leading supplier of premium components for the automotive sector.
