FDJ has entered a joint-venture with China Welfare Lottery
Shanghai – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to FDJ regarding its Joint-Venture with China Welfare Lottery.
FDJ (Française des Jeux) is the French national lottery, established by the French government in 1933 and privatized in 2019.
The China Welfare Lottery is one of the two official lotteries authorized by the Chinese government, established in 1987 (State-owned).
This transaction closed on 20 December 2019.
