This strategic acquisition marks a significant step forward in FMS Group’s vision to deliver an integrated, people-first approach to mining, construction, renewables and maritime services nationwide. It also reinforces the Group’s commitment to growth through cultural alignment, operational excellence and delivering long-term value to its clients and workforce.
CFI Australia and its member firm Saffron Partners, acted as the M&A Advisor to FMS on the acquisition of Schlam Cru. We coordinated due diligence, managed advisory teams and final negotiations to completion ensuring a seamless process aligned with strategic objectives and cultural values.
