Gehab has been sold to Inducore
Gothenburg – Corporate Finance International (’CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager to the owners of Gehab in the sale of Gehab Kvalitetspåbyggaren AB and Gehab Fastigheter i Alvesta AB to Inducore.
Gehab designs and manufactures customized and highly qualitative truck bodies for heavy trucks, mainly within the building- and construction industry. The company was founded in 1976 and has been operated by two generations in Alvesta, Southern Sweden. Today, Gehab has approx. 70 employees and a turnover of approx. SEK 180 million.
Inducore is a privately held industrial group active in the areas Truck Bodies, Components and System Solutions. The group was founded in 1997 and has today 17 operating companies in five countries with a total turnover of approx. SEK 1 600 million.
The transaction closed on 1 July 2021.
