Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Genquip in its acquisition by Groundhog.
Genquip is a leading supplier of site welfare and accommodation units.
Groundhog UK Ltd is a highly regarded, privately owned company with a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. The company specializes in creating ECO-Welfare units, offering a range of static, mobile, and bespoke options. With over 30 years of success following the introduction of its patented mobile Groundhog unit, Groundhog UK Ltd has become a trusted supplier to many leading hire companies across the UK.
Groundhog and Genquip have worked in partnership for well over 30 years and are synonymous within the welfare sector. Combining the speciality sales and customer service capability and blue-chip customer base and relationships of Genquip with the manufacturing facilities of Groundhog as one business will enable Groundhog to offer customers high-quality products with sustainable innovation.
“I am very pleased to see the continuation of the Genquip business now in closer partnership under the ownership and stewardship of Groundhog.
