Groupe Bel has invested in Chinese snack brand Lao Jin Mo Fang
Shanghai – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to groupe Bel for its investment in Lao Jin Mo Fang.
Founded in 1865 in France, Bel, a family group, is a world leader in branded cheese and a major player in the fruit and plant-based healthy snacking market.
With a family heritage dated back to 1912, Lao Jin Mo Fang has successfully transformed into a modern healthy snacking brand since its incorporation in 2006, through impressive growth with a strong focus on the online sales channels.
Bel invested in Lao Jin Mo Fang for a minority stake.
