Stockholm and Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive corporate finance advisors on behalf of the owners in connection with the change of ownership when Haven Cyber Technologies acquired Onevinn AB.
Haven Cyber Technologies is a pan-European industrial holding which is focused on creating a European champion in Managed Security Solution Providers (MSSP) for enterprise customers. The offering can be divided into three segments / areas of competences; ( (1) Cloud Identity and Security, (2) Information Security and Strategy, (3) Mobile Security.
