Stockholm and Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive corporate finance advisors on behalf of the owners in connection with the change of ownership when Haven Cyber Technologies acquired Onevinn AB.
Haven Cyber Technologies is a pan-European industrial holding which is focused on creating a European champion in Managed Security Solution Providers (MSSP) for enterprise customers. Haven brings together a network of organisations onto its platform, enabling it to offer a bespoke product suite to each client. Onevinn is a Swedish Microsoft cloud services and solutions market leader that enables intelligent security solutions for the cloud and mobile connected world. The offering can be divided into three segments / areas of competences; ( (1) Cloud Identity and Security, (2) Information Security and Strategy, (3) Mobile Security.
The transaction closed on 7 February 2019.
