Honk & Sandström has been acquired by Rovik Group

Gothenburg – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Honk & Sandström in its acquisition by Rovik Group.

Honk & Sandström is a specialized provider of safe working practices in hazardous proximity to railway tracks and roads, based in Gothenburg. The company offers services across the entire value chain for work near tracks and roads – from the preparation of traffic management plans and traffic control devices to the provision of safety personnel and the execution of tramway and railway projects. Its customer base consists of companies within the infrastructure and rail sectors, the construction and civil engineering sectors, as well as public-sector clients.

Aspira Partners is a Nordic investment firm focused on acquiring and developing small and medium-sized entrepreneurial businesses. Through Rovik, Aspira has established a new Group in the Swedish railway and tramway infrastructure sector, bringing together established specialist companies with a strong local presence and extensive industry expertise. Rovik Group currently consists of four companies, including Honk & Sandström, with additional companies expected to join going forward. The ambition is to contribute to a more long-term, professional and stable railway industry.
