House of HR has sold 100% of the shares in Gritt Projects NV to the the Management Team
Brussels – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to House of HR in the sale of Gritt Projects NV to the the Management Team of Gritt Projects.
Gritt Projects is a project management service provider and turn key contractor servicing telecoms and utilities.
House of HR is a Belgian based staffing group which is backed since 2012 by Naxicap, a French private equity fund. House of HR comprises several staffing companies operating under their own brand in their own specific field and geography. It generated EUR 1.8 billion revenues and EUR 222 million EBITDA in 2019 covering mainly Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and France. Since 2015 House of HR has made over 20 acquisitions in general and specialised staffing and recruitment & selection.
House of HR divests the business because Gritt Projects does not longer fit into the longer term strategy.
The transaction closed on 23 June 2020.
