Inkmaker Group has successfully undergone a management buyout

Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Inkmaker Group in its management buyout with KRCV now owning 100% of the shares in the company.

Inkmaker is world renowned manufacturer and supplier of paint and ink dispensing system, mixing, blending and tinting system.

This transaction closed on 12 July 2023.
