Iradier Ophthalmology Clinic has been sold to IMO Miranza Group
Madrid –Â CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Iradier Ophthalmology Clinic in its sale to IMO Grupo Miranza.
ClÃnica Oftalmológica Iradier, founded in 1996, is one of the best well known ophthalmology centres in Madrid thanks to the extensive experience of M.D. MarÃa Teresa Iradier in refractive surgery, cataracts and dry eye.
IMO Grupo Miranza, founded in January 2020, is one of the European leaders in the research, prevention and treatment of ophthalmological pathologies. Made up of ophthalmologists specialized in each part of the eye or ocular pathology, the experts at IMO Grupo Miranza jointly lead progress in ophthalmology, through networking, as well as important teaching and research work.
The transaction closed on 8 April 2021.
