IVEO AB has been sold to Storskogen
Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager to IVEO AB in its sale to Storskogen.
IVEO is a Stockholm-based digital agency that offers services in e-commerce, websites, apps and digital strategy. IVEO has had strong top-line growth with excellent profit margins. The company has several recognized customers, including Swedish Match, Bonnier Publications, Autoexperten (KGK) and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Sw. Svenskt Näringsliv). In addition, IVEO has been rewarded Agency of the Year Sweden no less than three times (2016, 2018 and 2019).
Storskogen is a Swedish privately owned group that acquires and develops small and medium-sized companies, primarily in Sweden. Storskogen was started in 2012 and has a diversified company portfolio consisting of around 60 business units with a total turnover of more than SEK 10 billion.
The transaction was closed on 16 December 2020.
