JCE acquired Jobro AB
Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager on behalf of Jobro Holding AB in connection with the change of ownership when JCE acquired Jobro AB.
JCE is a privately owned, diversified investment company based in Gothenburg. JCE has a strong history of creating successful companies since its inception in 1971 and today has more than 5,000 employees around the world through its holdings. Majority owner of Jobro Holding, Fouriertransform is a solely owned subsidiary of Saminvest. Saminvest is a venture capital company, formed by the Swedish Government in 2016.
Jobro AB is a comprehensive supplier with deep knowledge in materials technology, toolmaking and production technology. Through short lead times and high product quality, the company has developed into a leading supplier of prototypes and short series of complex sheet metal components. The company currently has 120 employees and generated revenue of some SEK 180 million in 2019. Jobro AB serves customers in the automotive, construction, aerospace and heavy manufacturing industries. The operation takes place in Ulricehamn and Jönköping, where the company has offices and production facilities.
