Juuri Partners has its shares in Destaclean Oy to Verdis Oy

Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Juuri Partners the shareholder of Destaclean Oy in the sale of the company to Verdis Oy.

Juuri Partners is a Finnish private equity firm that provides financing and strategic support to established, profitable small and medium-sized enterprises in Finland. Juuri Partners offers growth-oriented companies a new business financing and development concept that combines active minority investment, debt financing and strategic business support.

Destaclean Oy specialises in material recycling services, including processing construction, demolition, and industrial waste for reuse in building and environmental applications. Operations include waste collection, sorting, and material sales, delivered through a network of recycling stations across Finland, and services are provided directly to businesses and contractors nationwide.

Verdis provides waste management services, supplying comprehensive environmental solutions to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. The business model includes waste collection, transportation, recycling, and reporting, delivered through direct operations and a fleet of vehicles. Specialized offerings cover hazardous waste handling, customized bins, environmental consultancy, and web-based monitoring tools.
