Pasi is Initia’s founding partner and M.Sc. (Econ.) from Helsinki School of Economics. He has worked with M&A and capital market transactions since the 90’s. Pasi has also in-depth experience from growth and turnaround companies from advisor, investor, management and board perspective.
Outside work, Pasi enjoys family time, reading, and various sports such as hockey, tennis, and golf.
