Kimly Food Products Pte. Ltd. has acquired the Tonkichi and Rive Gauche branded food businesses of Sapporo Lion (S) Pte. Ltd.
Tokyo – CFI Japan is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Sapporo Lion (S) Pte. Ltd. in the transfer of its Tonkichi and Rive Gauche branded food businesses to Kimly Food Products Pte. Ltd.
Kimly Food Products Pte. Ltd. is a manufacturer of other food products (except food chemicals and additives), processing and preserving of meat and meat products.
Sapporo Lion Pte. Ltd sold the restaurants and confectionery business, Tonkichi and Rive Gauche Patisserie (the “Tonkichi” and “RG”).
Tonkichi is Singapore’s first and foremost Tonkatsu speciality restaurant. Since it opened its doors in 1993, Tonkichi has been committed to showcasing Japanese food culture by serving reasonably-priced authentic Tonkatsu amidst a real Japanese dining experience.
French-inspired pâtisserie Rive Gauche delivers our customers an authentic, glamorous Parisian experience straight to the taste buds through the rich flavours of its cakes and traditional pastries, created with passion and crafted with art, all using the freshest and most carefully sourced ingredients.
