About Philips VitalHealth and Questionnaire Manager
Philips VitalHealth was founded in 2006 and acquired by Royal Philips in 2017. Philips VitalHealth is part of a strong ecosystem of connected solutions that allow healthcare systems to better understand their patient populations, navigate their patients and engage patients in their own care. Questionnaire Manager is a cloud-based solution for online survey instruments supporting Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROM) and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREM).
About the transaction
Lighthouse-Software proudly announced that they have acquired Questionnaire Manager with its established position in the Netherlands and a footprint in Europe and Australia to become the market leader with PROM/PREM surveys. For Questionnaire Manager’s customers, this acquisition will ensure continuity, a seamless continuation of services and further investments to enhance the product experience and advanced functionalities.
CFI’s role in the process
Based on the long-term partnership and successful experience with two earlier transactions, the shareholders of Lighthouse-Software requested CFI to support in this carve-out process. Leveraging CFI’s M&A experience in Software and IT services, CFI played a pivotal role in assisting Lighthouse-Software in this complex acquisition. CFI’s support to Lighthouse-Software encompassed market intelligence, valuation benchmarking, assessment of the opportunity, as well as input for the negotiations, resulting in a successful transaction of Questionnaire Manager on 10 July 2023.
