Looping has acquired water park Aquacolors
Lisbon – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted together with Vestibule Partners as financial advisors to Looping Group in its acquisition of the Aquacolours water park.
Created in 2011, Looping is a leading operator of regional amusement parks in Europe. The group consists of 18 parks located in France, Switzerland, Netherlands, UK, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Croatia. Proforma of the acquisition of Aquacolors, Looping will count around 6.2 million visitors in 2023 for revenues in excess of €190 million.
Founded in 2015 by the Studénka family, Aquacolors attracts over 170 thousand visitors each year with 4 pools, 15 water slides and 6,000 m2 water surface over 10 hectares. Located by the Adriatic Sea near Poreč in the Istria region, Aquacolors is one of the largest aquatic parks in Croatia and one of the leading water parks in Southern Europe.
