MondoPower has received financing from Tenax Capital
Turin – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to MondoPower in obtaining financing from Tenax Capital.
Active since 2007 in the energy sector, MondoPower operates along two main business lines: production of energy from renewable sources such as photovoltaic, wind, and biomass, and design of energy efficiency solutions, including the adoption of ESS systems, in both civil and industrial sectors through its Services and EPC Contractor divisions.
The financing will be allocated to the Group’s investment and expansion plan, with a particular focus on “ready-to-build” projects in the biomethane and energy efficiency sectors. The planned initiatives include the construction of plants for producing biomethane from agricultural matrices and livestock waste, as well as the implementation of energy efficiency solutions aimed at reducing climate-altering emissions and promoting energy self-sufficiency in local areas. This will be achieved through the adoption of solutions aligned with key circular economy principles and ESG criteria.
“This operation represents a key milestone for our Group,” said Giacomo Occhilupo, CEO of MondoPower. “It is part of Mondo Power’s growth strategy aimed at strengthening the Group’s role in the renewable energy and energy efficiency landscape, and at creating sustainable value for communities and investors.”
