MondoPower has sold a minority share of Energethica Favria to Alternative Capital Partners
Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to MondoPower Group in the sale of a minority share of its SPV Energethica Favria to Alternative Capital Partners Sgr.
MondoPower Group, based in Turin, is a company focused on developing and managing renewable energy projects, promoting sustainability and innovation. Its special purpose vehicle (SPV), Energèthica Favria, is dedicated to developing a biomethane production plant from agricultural waste near Turin.
Alternative Capital Partners (ACP) is an Italian asset management company focused on sustainable investments, supporting the energy transition and ESG-driven projects. With this investment, they contribute to the construction of a biomethane production plant using agricultural waste, with a planned capacity of 250 smc/h near Turin.
CFI also supporting Energethica Favria in structuring the project finance to cover the project finance needs.
