Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Niihori Seisakusyo Co., Ltd. in the sale of the company to its employees.
The company’s line of business includes the manufacturing of car interior parts, automotive exterior parts, single machined parts and industrial equipment parts.
