Nippon Chemi-Con has sold shares to Japan Industrial Solutions and Samyoung Electronics
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that as exclusive financial advisor to Nippon Chemi-Con has sold shares to Japan Industrial Solutions and Samyoung Electronics.
Nippon Chemi-Con Corporation, a Japanese company specializing in the production of capacitors and various discrete electronic components, was established in 1931 by Toshio Satoh in Japan.
The shares have been acquired by PE company Japan Industrial Solutions and Samyoung Electronics, currently the largest manufacturer of electrolytic capacitors in South Korea.
