Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Nousouken Corporation in the sale of its newly issued shares to East Japan Railway.
Nousouken Corp. engages in the agricultural business. It deals with direct sales, distribution, and consulting of agricultural products. The company was founded by Tomomasa Oikawa on October 25, 2007 and is headquartered in Wakayama, Japan.
The East Japan Railway Company is a major passenger railway company in Japan and is the largest of the seven Japan Railways Group companies. The company headquarters in Yoyogi, Shibuya, Tokyo, next to Shinjuku Station. It is listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The transaction closed in November 2020.
