Stockholm and Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted on behalf of the owners of Mor Matilda AB, in connection with ownership concentration in Jakobsdals Charkuteri AB.
Acquirer the Holding company of the target. The reason for to the change of ownership was that two of the five owners after many years of working in senior positions wanted to leave the company. Through an ownership concentration the remaining three shareholders, through their holding company, acquired the shares of Jakobsdals Charkuteri AB.
Jakobsdals Charkuteri was founded in 1936 and has made high quality products for three generations through the love of the charcuterie craftsmanship. The company offers a wide range of Swedish charcuteries delivered under the well-established brands of Mor Matildas, Bror Jakobs, Haga-Petters and Charkuteriets. The products are found primarily in Swedish grocery stores, where the company has grown from a regional to a national supplier.
The transaction closed on 11. May 2018.
