Optimind, the French independent leader in Risk Management Consulting, has acquired 2J Associés
Paris – Corporate Finance International is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Optimind in the acquisition of the consulting firm 2J Associés and the creation of a new Financial & Accounting Services practice. As a partner of choice in finance, compliance and risk, Optimind is extending the range of services and solutions it can offer to Finance and Accounting management teams.
Founded in 2012, 2J Associates, is a French consulting firm that provides support to insurers, banks and corporate clients within the industrial and services sector, helping them to address financial and accounting challenges in a constantly changing legal and regulatory environment.
With the addition of 2J Associés, Optimind is rolling out a new Financial and Accounting Services team made up of more than 35 consultants with a global vision and expertise in financial, accounting and risk issues providing support to insurance firms, banks and large companies. The areas of expertise of this new practice are based on five main practice areas : support for reporting and consolidation, regulatory and prudential assistance, business process outsourcing, accounting and financial assistance, and business transformation
With this third acquisition, after ESOFAC in January 2020 and R-B Partners in March 2021, Optimind is accelerating its expansion initiated when Ardian became a shareholder in 2019.
