Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Oriental Shiraishi Corporation in the acquisition of Yamaki Industries Holdings Co., Ltd. held by Mizuho Capital Partners Co., Ltd.
Oriental Shiraishi Corporation was founded in 1952.

- Production & sale and construction of prestressed concrete products and structures
- Construction of pneumatic caissons
- Repair, retrofit and reinforcement of infrastructures
- Design and construction of earthquake-resistant buildings
- Sale of construction materials and devices
- Solar power generation, supply and sale including solar power plant operation & administration
Mizuho Capital Partners is a funds-management company responsible for the management of buyout funds and mezzanine funds. Since its establishment in 2000, Mizuho Capital Partners has taken on management of a total of five buyout funds, carrying out over 30 investments to support the sustainable growth of investee companies.
