Phuc Sang Minh Trade Engineering Services have sold a minority share to Toho Gas Co.
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the founders of Phuc Sang Minh Trade Engineering Services Joint Stock Company in its sale of a 40% share to Toho Gas Co.
Phuc Sang Minh Trade Engineering Services is a team of engineers, designers and project managers with extensive experience with Supply and installation of central Gas systems.
The buyer, Toho Gas, is a Japanese gas company based in Nagoya, Japan. They specialise in supplying gas, heat and electricity, and provide support from private home applicants to civil engineering projects.
This transaction closed on 1 January 2023.
