Pinson Paysage, a subsidiary of Atalian Servest, has been acquired by MBO & CO
Paris – CFI France is pleased to announce that it acted as the financial adviser to MBO&CO in the acquisition of Atalian Servest’s activity around management and maintenance of landscape: Pinson Paysage. It is the 3rd highest-ranked player in France (turnover of €82m in 2019).
Following the creation of a successful joint-venture in 2016, Atalian and Servest have merged to form Atalian Servest, one of the largest FM service providers in the world. Atalian Servest now employs more than 125 000 people in the world and operates in 32 countries across 4 continents.
Atalian Servest’s landscaping unit can be broken down into two main activities:
•The maintenance of grounds, gardens and sports fields (tennis courts, stadiums etc.)
•The creation and design of green areas and sports fields
New strategy of Atalian Servest to refocus on the group’s core businesses : facility management. A sell-side process to divest the non strategic lanscaping activity has been conducted with both strategic and private equity houses being approached.
MBO & Co is a private equity firm dedicated to performance in the French small & mid cap segment.
The transaction closed on 31 October 2019.
