Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor for POKKA SAPPORO FOOD & BEVERAGE LTD. in the acquisition of  YASUMA CO,LTD.

POKKA SAPPORO FOOD & BEVERAGE LTD. is a Japan-based company, engaged in manufacturing and wholesale of food and beverage products.

YASUMA CO,LTD is a Japan-based company, engaged in manufacturing prepared foods and miscellaneous food specialties.

The transaction closed on 1 February 2019.
