Project management provider ViAQ has been acquired by Vinga Nordic
Stockholm – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the sellers, Censor has acted as project manager and financial advisor on behalf of the owners to ViAQ on its sale to Vinga Nordic.
ViAQ offers project management services in infrastructure, general civil works, urban development, and real estate. Additionally, ViAQ provides services in environmental and sustainability through its experienced specialists and generalists. The company currently comprises approximately 40 employees and subcontractors, operating in various parts of Sweden. Founded in 2011, ViAQ has experienced consistent growth and profitability since its inception.
Vinga Nordic is a challenger in the technical consulting market. The group comprises several companies in the field of urban development and operates within various segments such as infrastructure, energy, construction, and real estate projects. Vinga Nordic connects locally leading companies with specialist expertise into a group with enhanced capabilities and geographical coverage.
