Carl Egerlundh

Profile

Carl has previously worked with auditing at PWC in Gothenburg, focusing on medium to large-sized enterprises and owner-led companies in different industries. Through his previous work experience, Carl has developed very good accounting and analytical skills, and has many years of experience in managing projects.

Carl has studied at the Gothenburg University’s School of Business, Economics and Law as well as the European Business School close to Frankfurt where he studied the business administration program with a German focus.

Carl specializes in the coordination and project management of business transactions, financial analysis, company valuation, compilation of information memorandums, mapping and analysis of prospective buyers and sellers. He is also responsible for the coordination and management of due diligence in conjunction with a company transaction.
