Brussels – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Prosource in its sale to Strand Associates.
Prosource is a specialized consulting and staffing company in project management supplying project managers and project management training & consulting to corporates.
Strand Associates, a staffing and search & selection company, is expanding its service offering adding a new niche segment.
CFI has been in touch for some time with the founder of Prosource and introduced Strand Associates as potential acquirer. The founder of Prosource reinvested part of the proceeds in the holding above Strand Associates.
