Radiological Service has issued a bond underwritten by Tenax Capital
Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Radiological Service, which has issued a bond underwritten by Tenax Capital to support strategic financial transactions for business development.
Radiological Service S.r.l., with offices in Turin (TO), Milan, and Rome, heads a group that has been providing outsourced imaging services to both public and private healthcare facilities, including those contracted with the national health system.
Tenax Capital is a boutique Asset Management firm with offices in London, Milan, and a representative in Frankfurt, and focused on Fixed Income, Private Debt, Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS), and Equity.
The issuance will be used by the Company to conclude strategic financial transactions for business development, in alignment with market opportunities.
This financial transaction represents an important step in its broader corporate development strategy, in which Radiological joins the Chiron Group, a newly formed, major industrial group in the healthcare sector.
This transaction closed on 26 February 2025.
