Rhenus Alpina AG (Switzerland) acquired DissolveTech AG (Switzerland)
Zurich – CFI Switzerland is pleased to announce that they supported the owners of DissolveTech AG, Switzerland, in the sale of their shares to Rhenus Alpina AG, Switzerland.
DissolveTech AG has developed a document destruction process that irrevocably destroys paper documents by dissolving them in water. This is done on a special truck directly at the customer’s site, without access or eye contact to the files and without transportation risk. Despite destructing the files according to the highest security level requested, the pulp fibers are preserved and can be recycled.
The Rhenus Group is a global logistics company. Rhenus Data Office GmbH offers mobile file destruction services. These services are offered in Switzerland through Rhenus Alpina AG.
As of January 1 2019, Rhenus Alpina AG (Switzerland) acquired DissolveTech AG (Switzerland). Rhenus will work together with the existing management to drive the commercialization process of the know-how and revolutionary technology. The parties agreed not to disclose further transaction details.
