Sapporo Breweries has acquired Stone Brewing Co
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that is acted as exclusive financial advisor to Sapporo Breweries in its acquisition of Stone Brewing Co.
Sapporo is the oldest beer brand in Japan founded in 1876 and top selling Asian beer brand in the US. It was first brewed in Sapporo, Japan, in 1876 by brewer Seibei Nakagawa. The world headquarters of Sapporo Breweries is in Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo.
Stone Brewing is a brewery headquartered in Escondido, California, USA. Founded in 1996 in San Marcos, California, it is the largest brewery in Southern California, and the ninth largest craft brewery in the United States based on sales.
